Contest Rules
The contest is organized by Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec. It takes place in Quebec City from June 25 to July 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and meet the participation requirements.
Employees, contract employees, officers, or directors of Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec or Créations Pyro are not eligible to enter.
Eligible participants must have a residential address in Canada.
How to Enter
To enter the contest, participants must:
Comment with their best memory of Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec under the contest post on Facebook or Instagram.
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Contest organizers and their representatives reserve the right to disqualify any individual or cancel one or more entries if they participate or attempt to participate using methods that violate these rules or are unfair to other participants (e.g., exceeding the entry limit, hacking, etc.).
The winner will be selected by random draw from eligible participants. Any entry that does not meet the above criteria after verification will be rejected, and another winner will be selected.
The contest organizers and their employees, agents, and representatives disclaim any liability for any malfunction of computer components, software, or communication lines, for the loss or lack of network communication, or for any faulty, incomplete, unintelligible, or erased transmission that may prevent a person from entering or limit their participation. By entering, participants agree to release the organizers and their representatives from any liability for damages resulting from their participation or attempted participation.
Prize
The winner will receive a pair of tickets valid for two reserved seats in Quebec City or Lévis for the August 4, 2026 evening of Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec. Approximate value: $80.
The prize is valid only for the evening of August 4, 2026. It must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be substituted, exchanged in whole or in part for cash, or transferred to a third party.
In all cases, the organizers are not required to award more prizes than stated. They are not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of the prize.
The winner releases the contest organizers and their subsidiaries, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for damages resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
Draw
A random draw will take place on July 3, 2026, before 11:59 p.m. at 124 St-Pierre Street, Quebec City (Quebec) G1K 4A7, among eligible participants who commented on the Facebook or Instagram post in accordance with these rules. The winner will be contacted by email or private message via Facebook or Instagram.
Prize Claim
A representative of Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec will contact the winner by replying to their email or private message on Facebook or Instagram to arrange prize delivery. If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days following the contest, a new draw will be conducted.
General Conditions
Failure to comply with any condition in these rules, or refusal of the prize, will result in disqualification. In such a case, a new draw will be held in accordance with these rules until a winner is selected. If no winner is confirmed within sixty (60) days of the draw, the organizers may, at their discretion, cancel the prize.
By entering, participants agree to occasionally receive newsletters and promotional offers from Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec. Participants also agree to these rules and authorize Les Grands Feux Loto-Québec to use their name, place of residence, photographs, or images for advertising purposes without compensation. Entries and liability waiver forms become the property of the contest organizers and will not be returned.
The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, in the event of any occurrence or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest, subject to approval by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required.
Any decision made by the contest organizers or their representatives in connection with this contest is final and binding, subject to any ruling by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on matters within its jurisdiction.
Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for resolution. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of facilitating a settlement.
