Quebec City, February 16th, 2023 – Grands Feux Loto-Québec, presented by RBC, will hold their 27th edition on Tuesdays and Thursdays from august 1st to 24th , 2023. The public will be able to attend international-calibre pyromusical events that will blow their minds, all free of charge.
